We support our Carers so that they can continue to support themselves and their loved ones, their hard work is saving the government billions of pounds but we don’t want this to be at a cost to their own health.
We provide practical support like making and attending appointments with you and signposting to other organisations who can help.
1:1 sessions are available at a location of your choosing – wherever’s comfortable for you, this could be at home, a local café, or in our Resource Centre.
Our Resource Centre is also available 365 days a year, a chance for respite for you or your loved one, further mental health information and immediate support during moments of crisis.
Our project is unique as we work with you - the Carer and your loved ones, this can be together or separately; whatever will make the most difference to you and your caring role.
There are also regular opportunities to build networks with other Carers where you can share personal experiences, coping strategies and good times too!
As always, our approach is flexible and holistic, so if there’s something you can think of that will help – just ask and we’ll do our best to provide this or source someone else that can.
