Our Housing Project supports you to live as independently as possible; this could be in our supported accommodation or in your own home with the encouragement of one of our Support Workers.
Our Support Workers are experienced, well trained and very happy to help.
In our supported accommodation you’ll learn necessary life skills which will help you to move on, when you’re ready. These could be cooking simple healthy food, cleaning, budgeting and bill paying, keeping fit, creating a helpful routine and more. When you’re ready to move on we will work with you through the process to get you set up in your new home – if you still require a little support every now and again we can provide that too!
If you’re living alone but are finding it difficult to get things done then our support in the community could be the right fit for you. We help with budgeting, debt management, benefits issues, paying bills, creating a helpful routine and writing and implementing cleaning rotas.
We offer crisis support for when life has gotten out of hand and you need encouragement to face and deal with the situations that are impacting on your mental health or you need long-term support as a preventative measure.
If you’d like to find out more then please speak to one of our staff in the Resource Centre or on the telephone who will guide you through the process.
