TOP TIP: To make a habit stick, do it after a habit you're really good at, for example:

TAKE 5 FOR YOU straight after you've brushed your teeth in the morning

GET OUTSIDE right after you've eaten lunch, it'll help the digestion

GET MOVING by dancing to your favourite song while you boil the kettle
